1. Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to complete the return process after receiving the product.

3. Return Time Consistency

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns

If the return is due to consumer reasons (such as changing your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific shipping fee will depend on the courier company you choose.

If the return is due to our mistake (such as damaged or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
